Hartsyard and Wish Bone chef Gregory Llewellyn is set to channel the dishes of his childhood at this one-night-only dinner as a part of the Taste Tuesdays series. Get ready to roll up your sleeves up for an Americana inspired feast, which will kick off with baked clams with buttermilk and guanciale, before diving into marron crayfish with crab dip, warm rice and whipped cheddar. The main event will see tender beer can chicken served with barbecued corn, butter rolls, potatoes and fermented slaw. To really get the night rolling they will also furnish with you with bourbon milk punch cocktail to start and a gin cocktail to go with a slice of apple pie to finish.
