Keep it more casual (but still a little bit fancy) and gather some friends to set sail on the Mumm Harbour Bar, which is open from 3pm every day over the Valentine’s weekend. You'll get one and a half hours of bottomless Mumm Grand Cordon Champagne paired with a seafood platter to share from $89 per person. After 5pm, the bar converts into the Lover’s Lounge. You and your date will be greeted with a Sunset Kiss Martini and settle into comfy lounges for two hours of live acoustic music and a tapas-style bar menu from $39 per person.
