Boutique shopping lane William Street hosts a festival each year, blocking off traffic and filling up the lane with fashion markets, food stalls and music from just before lunch and into the evening. We haven’t got a full line-up of the extras that’ll be popping up in the street for the day, but you can expect it to go heavy on the hyper local angle. Many of the much-loved retailers that make up the standard shopping contingent on the street generally also offer special discounts on the day.
When you’ve filled your tote bags with funky local wares, head to 10 William Street for a pick-me-up pasta and Italian wine, or aim for the Paddo Inn for a pint and proper steak meal.
