Celebrate independent shops and eateries in the ninth festival for William Street

Boutique shopping lane William Street hosts a festival each year with fashion markets, food stalls and music from just before lunch to early evening. This year, the event is being run in collaboration with Head On Photo Festival, who are running an art exhibition and there'll be an open air cinema presented by Be Productions. Dance school Swing Patrol will be there and there’ll be a chill-out zone and light projections, and kids can dive into the circus activations at James Cook Reserve. As it’s a street largely known for its shopping, many of the retailers will be offering special discounts on the day.

Look up to the balcony at 10 William Street and give a wave to DJs Dreamcatcher, Conlimone and Matt Young. There’ll also be live music and DJ sets from Nudie Jeans’ balcony and the London Hotel.
