We can’t remember the last time we were allowed to let loose in a nice bar with a cold beer or a cocktail in hand. As much as we miss this indulgence, we’re sure it was worse for the bar owners and staff, who had to close down their establishments for months to comply with the government’s rules to contain COVID-19 infections.

But the gradual relaxation of COVID-19 regulations back on October 1, which included the reopening of several venues like movie theaters and massage parlors, has also prompted the number of bars to resume operations, although without booze. A ban is still in effect on serving alcohol in public establishments. So, for now, it seems like we just have to be content with cool vibes, fizzy drinks and good conversations with friends for our after-hours enjoyment.

Here are 14 spots where you can have fun even sans alcohol.

A “tree” lit up with neon-colored LED lights gives this rooftop bar atop T-One Building a psychedelic jungle feel. Though cocktails are off the menu for now, they do have some tasty-looking frozen yuzu coladas that come in hollowed-out pineapples.
