Time Out says

Joining forces with Amalfiftana's chef Waheeb, Korean chef Yong Soo-do takes over the restaurant's Central branch this September to present a uniquely Korean-pop-up six-course tasting menu ($800). The menu combines Korean-inspired dishes with Amalfitana-style cuisine, excellent for light and casual bites. Start with seafood appetisers such as scarlet prawn tartare with smoked tomato bisque or mosaic salmon terrine with pickled beets and smoked stracciatella. Twists on Amalifanta cuisine can be seen in inventive dishes like tofu gnocchi with a gochujang oxtail ragu, ​​bistecca with scamorza hollandaise and doenjang zucchini sofrito, or the K-pizza topped with bulgogi beef, scamorza, pepper, and sriracha. For dessert, chef Yong's interpretation of tiramisu contains a multi-grain sabayon topped with chocolate popping candy, providing an innovative twist to the classic Italian dessert. Pair your feast with cocktails created by OBP's Lydia Kim featuring Korean ingredients like the milky makgeolli wine and perilla leaves.
