Hot Wednesdays at La Paloma

Sparking up the middle of the week with Spanish flavour this summer, La Paloma's chef Alex Fargas has invited a series of guest chefs from some of Hong Kong's hottest restaurants to join him on Wednesday, every two weeks, to create fusion dishes that bring together world cuisines.
