Time Out says

Watch the video below for a first look at the venue:

Tsim Sha Tsui’s H Zentre welcomed a dual-concept venue Kappou Mu and room 3, in December 2022. Kappou Mu is a Japanese restaurant featuring traditional kappo cuisine (kappo means cutting and simmering), a method of serving seasonal dishes where the chef cooks meals from scratch right in front of the guest. Guests can enjoy course meals in the 14-seater minimalist counter dining where chefs serve raw and cooked dishes using fresh seasonal ingredients, including fish, crab, shrimp and other shellfish, and Omi beef from Japanese black cattle raised in the Shiga Prefecture.

On the right side of the venue is room 3, a gastrobar that can accommodate over 70 guests in their spacious Ginza Room and contemporary space called Roppongi Room. Guests can enjoy Japanese tapas and sip drinks that include wine, whisky, premium sake, and signature cocktails.
