To coincide with Art Basel Hong Kong, Maison Ruinart has partnered up with Rosewood's Asaya Kitchen for an artistic dining experience like no other. Inspired by Danish artist Jeppe Hein's Right Here, Right Now, the Carte Blanche Dinner menu pays homage to Ruinart’s many facets – from the bubble shaped dish reminiscent of champagne’s effervescence to the course inspired by the famous chalk quarries of its terroir. Bringing art and gastronomy together, guests are invited to take a culinary adventure that will surely delight all of their senses.
