Ten Sai

Tempura bars are a dime a dozen in Japan, but Hong Kong seems to be catching on to this trend. That's why we're glad that APM's food court is home to Ten Sai. This eat 'n' go place only sells tempura, the fluffy light batter coating a variety of exotic vegetables, large prawns and our favourite, white fish, which resembles a fish 'n' chips-style fillet, but tastes so much more divine. Meal for one: around $60.
