Milan’s beloved Trattoria del Pescatore restaurant debuts on our shores this summer. Opened in 1976, this is the first overseas branch for the family-run restaurant, which rose to prominence with its Sardinian seafood recipes. Look out for hearty, briney dishes that celebrate the best ingredients from the sea, such as spaghetti with clams and mullet roe, and the restaurant’s signature lobster Catalana.
