Fuego, Troika Sky Dining

Named after the Spanish word for ‘fire’, Fuego heats things up in KL’s dining scene with a focus on South American flavours and a menu of sharing dishes. Guacamole, ceviche and tacos set the stage for dishes like Smoked Snails in the Jar or Salt Baked Potato & Foie Gras, and hearty mains such as Angus beef back ribs or Seafood Moqueca. Dessert, cocktails and mezcal offer a great ending to a night out.

Soleil Restaurant & Wine Bar

Soleil Restaurant & Wine Bar

Soleil is known for dishing out modern European cuisine infused with Asian influences. Helmed by head chef Evert Onderbeke, Soleil’s kitchen produces well-executed dishes that persistently wow diners. Trust the chef’s signature items – you won’t go wrong with anything ordered from this selection, which includes tempeh-crusted barramundi and prawn ceviche with asam boi granita. Splurge a little and pair your meal with a bottle from Soleil’s selection of wine, exclusively curated by the in-house sommelier.

Skillet@163

Skillet@163

Specialising in European dishes with Asian inspiration, Skillet@163 is a laidback modern restaurant that serves contemporary dishes made with fresh ingredients and plenty of technique. This fusion of flavours is apparent in seasonal offerings like foie gras with curry leaf tempura. The team presents two dining concepts – a casual lunch spot during the day, and when night falls the restaurant adopts a rotating degustation menu of elegant dishes.

Mercat Barcelona Gastrobar

Mercat’s modern approach to classic Spanish cuisines has reeled in loyal diners over the years. The Catalan gastrobar offers a stylish setting in which to enjoy good food – think paella, artisanal meats and cheese, alongside a range of tapas perfect for sharing. Another of Mercat’s claim to fame is their range of G&Ts, served the Spanish way – in a balloon glass paired with a variety of garnishes that complement the gin’s botanicals.
