1. Prepare to feel the feel the burn at Ministry of Sound's Lorna Jane Active Day, an all-day fitness festival with a cardio class under the club's disco ball and weight training in the seriously slick fitness studio. Afterwards, refuel with dairy-free treats and energy balls. It all kicks off at 11:30pm on Sunday and it won't cost you a penny. Reserve your spot online.

2. The London Tattoo Convention takes over the Tabacco Dock in Wapping, with more than 400 of the world's most talented tattoo artists confirmed to attend. See performances from a firebreathing dance troupe, tattoo competitions and tuck into food and drink from a tasty list of vendors. Book your ticket online, which start at £25.

3. Calling all kidults. Go for a swing, slide and spin on Yinka Ilori's eye-poppingly patterned 'Estate Playground' - a big kid jungle gym made especially for the London Design Fair. This weekend is your last chance to see the design inspired by Ilori's African heritage at the entrance of CitizenM hotel chain's Shoreditch branch. Entry is free.
