Bar-hopping in London can be a challenge – so many great spots, and so little time. But drink fanatics will be happy to know that you can find five of London’s best cocktail joints in one spot on Saturday night. That's because they’ll all be at our Time Out 50 party.
The Time Out Bar presented by Monkey Shoulder will be a drinker’s dream come true at the event, with cocktails coming from former winners at the Time Out Bar Awards. Here’s who to expect behind the stick.
1. Oriole
Kicking things off with the first bar shift is none other than Oriole, a Smithfield Market staple and one of the capital’s most beautiful bars, all dressed in tropical prints. Expect its cocktails to be just as stunning in our party setting.
2. Black Rock
Shoreditch dark spirit mavericks Black Rock will be right at home when whipping up cocktails with Monkey Shoulder whisky as their base.
3. Bar Termini
Time Out Bar of the Year and a firm favourite with London’s Italophiles, Bar Termini will be bringing la dolce vita to Time Out 50, serving up a classic spritz and a Bergamot Boulevardier.
4. Dandelyan
If you don’t know Dandelyan, it’s time you got acquainted with a bar that’s got more awards than Meryl Streep. It’s bringing the legendary Nemo Old Fashioned from its menu, a rich tipple great for sipping later on in the evening.
5. Swift
The best way to cap off a big night out? An Irish coffee, of course. Soho’s Swift makes one of the capital’s best and it’ll be pouring it at the party, alongside the Boom Box, an original drink filled with tonka bean and coconut flavours.
