Veganuary is in full swing and that really only means one thing: plant-based product launches galore. Pret joined in on the fun last week with the release of its croissant végétalienne (that’s ‘vegan’ in French, in case you’re wondering) and next up is arguably London’s fave fast food: chicken nuggets.
Considering jumping on the vegan bandwagon, but reluctant to shell out cash for plant-based goodies? Well, meat-eaters, here’s your chance to sample a herbivorous diet for free. This coming Sunday (January 12), head along to Boxpark in Shoreditch to nab yourself complimentary nuggets, courtesy of This Isn’t Chicken Nuggets.
The faux-meat creators are giving away 5,000 nuggets so that you can live your best ’nug life, and maybe, just maybe, be convinced to ditch your carnivorous ways for good.

To entice them further, This Isn’t Chicken Nuggets is also teasing would-be vegans with an appearance of ‘world-famous celebrity’ who will be serving up the plant-based bites. Veganism just got even more appealing. The freebies will be handed out from 1pm, but once they’re gone, they’re gone.
