#TrumpBaby floated into the headlines in June when it was confirmed that its creator, Leo Murray, had crowdsourced £18,000 to put it into production and float it during Donald Trump’s July visit to the UK. Murray said the inflatable represented Trump’s fragile ego and tiny hands. Controversially, Mayor Sadiq Khan then approved its use in a Parliament Square protest, claiming demonstrators had a right to freedom of speech. Huge crowds gathered to see its maiden flight (a few feet off the ground, tethered as it was), as did a bunch of ‘Trump Babysitters’ in boiler suits. Instagram lit up with thousands of giant orange gasbags in nappies.

Since then #TrumpBaby has been on tour. He headed to New Jersey in July then flew over Chicago in October. He was spotted drifting over LA's freeways and appeared at New York's Impeachment Parade. Not bad going for a big baby!
