Take these household objects apart and do your best to put them back together – all in the name of art

If you were one of those school kids who constantly pulled their pens apart during class, you’ll want to get involved in this live art experience. This work by New Zealand-born Brussels-based Kate McIntosh invites audiences to select an everyday object that they’ll deconstruct with hammers, saws and scissors. After you’ve put your demolition skills to use, you’ll move into the next room and use the supplied glue, tape and nails to rebuild your object as best as you can manage.
