Time Out says

See the Parks and Recreation star on stage for his latest show, All Rise

If you’re a fan of Parks and Recreation you’ll probably know Nick Offerman as the ever-dry and scathing Ron Swanson. He’s held a load of other roles, of course, from Dick McDonald in The Founder to Karl Weathers in Fargo, but acting is just the beginning of his repertoire. Whack him on a stage in front of a live audience and let him go, and you probably won’t be disappointed. In 2016 he dropped by Australia for a tour of his show, Full Bush, and now he’s returning with something new.

Offerman’s latest work is entitled All Rise, and he'll be performing on Saturday, June 8 at the Palais Theatre. It’s being billed as an evening of deliberative talking and light dance (audience participation unclear). And the target: modern consumerism.

“It’s a proper revival suggesting the existence of a higher power in the land than commerce, one that will cause you to pop, lock and rejoice! Come on down and hear the good news that will make you go jingle-jangle in your juice box,” says Offerman.

Tickets are on sale now for $81.32 per person.
