The queer party-starters behind Closet, Thursgay and Snatch and Grab will unite once more for an even more explosive instalment of Yass Qween. Sure to be one of the highlights of Midsumma, Yass Pride is the afterparty to the annual Pride March, which will see scores of proud LGBTIQ peeps showing their colours all the way down Fitzroy Street, St Kilda.
Pride March kicks off at noon, and Yass Pride begins at 3pm. Once inside Luna Park, you can expect a killer line-up of DJs, musicians and drag performers on multiple stages, plus unlimited rides until 8pm. If there’s a Midsumma event destined to sell out, it’s this one.
