Time Out says

Back in 2017 Arts Centre Melbourne presented Bambert's Book of Lost Stories – a whimsical family show from Barking Gecko Theatre. The performance was a sell-out hit and Helpmann Award-winner and is back again for 2020.

Families can once again enjoy the magical Bambert's Book of Lost Stories with Arts Centre Melbourne streaming the show on its website from August 8 to September 5. For those who aren't familiar with the tale, it follows a teensy weensy man called Bambert who lives in an attic and loves to write. One day Bambert decides to send his stories out into the world on balloons, hoping that they find a home.

You'll be able to stream the enchanting show from 10.30am on Saturday, August 8 for a month. Arts Centre Melbourne has also created family friendly activities to go with the performance, including radio plays, writing letters, puppetry workshops and colouring in your own wish balloon just like the ones featured in the show.
