Time Out says

These bad-ass Californian rockers are returning to Australia after six years

Triple Grammy award-winning rockers Tool are returning to Oz next February. Coming off the back of the band’s critically-acclaimed fifth studio album and their first new record in 13 years, they’ll be performing all their hits from Fear Inoculum and of course, some of their classic songs that made them big.

Fear Inoculum peaked at number one on the ARIA charts (the band’s third consecutive number one in Australia). Fun fact: Fear Inoculum knocked Taylor Swift off the top chart spot, selling a whopping 270,000 units in its first week. Sorry, Swifties.

All the boys, Danny Carey (drums), Justin Chancellor (bass), Adam Jones (guitar) and Maynard James Keenan (vocals) are currently electrifying their way across their 26-date tour in the US. The band are known to put on visually stunning performances supporting their musical masterpieces and after nearly 20 years together they are still as solid as ever.

Tickets go on sale on Friday, November 22 at 2pm (local time). Presale tickets are available on Wednesday November 20 at 2pm.
