This is the first year of Le Bon Ton’s Carnival Extravaganza and the fun will not stop until well into New Year’s Day. The night starts early with an all-you-can-eat Louisiana style backyard barbecue. Stuff yourself silly while digging deep into your five-hour drinks package which includes American spirits, ales and New Orleans-inspired cocktails.
You'll ring in the new year to a soundtrack provided by two live brass bands, entertainers and DJ sets late into the night that will take you all the way to 6am. And don’t worry- the bar will continue to serve up your favourite drinks and bar snacks until the sun comes up.
