Bang Bang’s head chef Alex Kaewpraparn is levelling up the brunch experience with crowd-pleasing share plates including charred edamame, kingfish ceviche, pork belly bánh xèo (Vietnamese pancake) and Chiang Mai chicken. Add a side of charred flaky roti and yum khao tod samunprai (jasmine rice salad), and we’re calling it a feast.
