Award-winning Barossa Valley winery Chaffey Bros Wine Co will be hosting two special dinners at the Vincent and Auburn Hotel.
The winter wine dinner will span across five courses, matched with six different wines including the Chaffey Bros Wine Co's Triplepunkt riesling, Not Your Grandma’s rosé and La Conquista tempranillo.
The evening will be lead by Chaffey Bros' co-founder Daniel Chaffey Hartwig. Auburn Hotel's chef Hamun Hassani and the Vincent's chef Aaron Kennedy have designed menus that will explore the complexity of the matching wines.
