It’s out with the pasta, in with the empanadas on Lygon Street at the moment. Honduran-born, and New York-based head chef Cali Rivera has created an unusual Latin-fusion menu involving chorizo empanadas, vegan ceviche and barley pudding and booze boss Carolyn Brown is pouring plenty of wines from Chile, Argentina and Spain.
