Two up'n'coming chefs join forces for a one-off dinner

We all like being able to say we saw a famous band back before they broke the big time, when they were playing small theatres. The same goes for our countries cooking talent. We all like to know we had our finger on the pulse from the early days. That's why you should be an early adopter and book seats at Systir, a collaborative dinner from two of Melbourne's hottest up'n'comers in the kitchen – our 2017 Hot Talent winner Charley Snadden-Wilson from Embla, and his good mate Chris Howard from the Freycinet Lodge. Tickets are only $85 a head for seven courses, with wine available for purchase by the glass.
