Back in May, we wrote about how the Corner Hotel was hosting a pop-up bottleshop to help shift stock while patrons weren't allowed to drink at the bar. At the time, we joked about how none of us had been able to drink at the Corner in over eight weeks... well, hindsight is 20-20 (pun intended).
On the bright side, the Corner Hotel is hosting another pop-up bottleshop sale to shift some beer before they're forced to pour good beer down the drain (which would be yet another tragedy of 2020).
On September 24 and 25 between 4pm and 8pm, head over to the Corner Hotel to buy a slab or a mystery six-pack of beers to support the pub. The team will be accepting card payments only, and be sure to BYO a bag if you think you'll need one.
It goes without saying, but you should only head to the sale if you live within 5km over the Corner.
