Proactive Academy

The Proactive Academy operates from its very own factory in Thomastown. Offering martial arts classes, boxing and Muay Thai kickboxing lessons and women's self-defence classes, this place can teach you anything you want to learn about defending yourself with your body. You can even arrange the Proactive team to come to your home, school, gym or work if that suits you best. Annual registration is $100 but if you book via their website, an introductory class is free.
