Time Out says

Unravel some of life’s biggest mysteries in this hilarious, family-friendly production

Remember when you were a kid and you’d lie awake in bed, staring up at the ceiling, trying to figure out if it was possible to lick your elbow? Yep, we feel ya. When you’re young, you have so many huge questions that need answering, but in a way that’s not scary, overwhelming or confusing.

Well, that’s exactly what Creation Creation is all about. Based on interviews with members of the community aged eight to 102, this weird and wacky production explores life’s biggest mysteries – you know, important stuff like: how did we get here? What’s inside black holes? And (most importantly) are aliens real?

The 50-minute show sees two fearless creators take to the stage and attempt to unravel these conundrums with whatever tools are at their disposal. Cardboard boxes become battleships and ping pong balls transform into planets in a hilarious theatrical display that also includes incredible feats of art, sculpture and puppetry.

It’s a daring journey to the edge of the universe and back again that's perfectly suited for curious minds aged ten and above.

Creation Creation is showing at Arts Centre Melbourne on August 19 and 20. For more information and to book your tickets, head to the website.
