The beautiful Aurora Spiegeltent is a portable Art Deco venue that is the stunning olde-worlde setting for cabaret, circus, comedy, music and festival performances. The Spiegeltent has been touring Australia for special festivals in Hobart, Wollongong, Newcastle, Gold Coast, Canberra and Perth – and this month it’s Geelong’s turn.
Spiegeltent Geelong brings a sensational line-up of performers to Johnstone Park, spearheaded by Limbo – a seductive blend of circus, acrobatics and cabaret. Billed as "the greatest party between heaven and hell", Limbo promises spectacular fire-breathing, a wince-inducing contortionist, sword-swallowing, beatboxing, pole-scaling and magic. Our mothership publication, Time Out London, called Limbo “an irresistible cocktail of circus skills, live music and sexy humour,” and who are we to disagree? Limbo is produced by Strut & Fret Production House – the creative minds behind Madonna’s Rebel Heart Tour, and tickets are selling fast, for the season which continues until June 23.
