Time Out says

This darkly funny performance reminds us all of death's certain embrace

Featuring death scenes from many of the greatest plays of all time, Oedipus Schmoedipus is a theatrical feast of mortality from madcap intellectual collective Post (Zoë Coombs Marr, Mish Grigor and Natalie Rose).

Approach with caution: Oedipus Schmoedipus piles up the death scenes into a gleeful spectacle of blood and gore – but the results are ultimately joyful, dark, irreverent, and hilarious. For Asia TOPA 2020, productions of the work in English and Cantonese will be performed over two weeks in March (Cantonese surtitles are included in the English performances and vice versa). Feeling adventurous? Each show needs 25 volunteers to play dead.
