Located on Chapel Street, in the heart of Melbourne's shopping district, the Space Dance and Arts Centre offers dance lessons and recital space for beginners and professionals alike. The Space operates as both a full-time dance school as well a space for casual classes in jazz, hip-hop, latin and many other styles of dance. The nine spaces within the venue are also available for hire.

Every Sunday, The Space will host some of Melbourne's best improvised theatre in this weekly event with performers like Lliam Amor (Thank God You’re Here, The Micallef Program), Jason Geary (skitHOUSE, Thank God You’re Here), Patti Stiles (Neighbours), Rik Brown (Comedy Smackdown) and Simon Dowling (Thank God You’re Here).
