Time Out says

Atlas Dining chef Charlie Carrington is taking his rotating menu to new heights with masterclasses and food kits

Restaurants may be closed, but it doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy the thrill of trying something new at home. Atlas Dining has that down pat, having made a name for itself as the South Yarra restaurant that switches cuisines frequently. In lockdown, head chef Charlie Carrington decided to launch masterclasses so that you can cook along with him – and try different cuisines the venue has featured, including Colombian, Japanese, Moroccan and more.

On September 19, Carrington heads to Italy. The Atlas team will be setting you up with an entree of mushroom ragu fettuccine, a main of chicken Milanese with crushed herbed potatoes, as well as tiramisu for dessert. All ingredients can be delivered to you before the date with instructions available on how to cook everything just right.

This special masterclass will be done in collaboration with the Robert Connor Dawes (RCD) Foundation which was formed in 2013 in the memory of an 18-year-old who lost his battle with brain cancer. The atlas team will be donating $5 per person, per box, to the foundation. Info here.

Prices start at $70 for two and you can order your box here.
