Raise a rosé-filled glass to spring with a bottomless rosé feast at Fatto

Pack away your heavy cab savs, shirazes and merlots – spring has well and truly blossomed in Melbourne and that means it's rosé-sipping season. And the only thing better than drinking rosé is drinking bottomless rosé.

Fatto Bar and Cantina is celebrating the start of spring with bottomless rosé every Sunday during October on the sun-drenched Fatto Terrace. This isn’t your ordinary Sunday sesh – Fatto is serious about its rosé, and guests will be treated to some of the best drops in the house.

Those who want to taste a primo local wine should opt for the Arfion Rosé from the Yarra Valley, an easy-drinking wine perfect for long summer days. Or for those looking to take their taste buds on a trip to France can sip on Les Gres Rosé – a light and savoury drop from Provence.

In addition to the two delectable wines, Fatto’s bottomless rosé offer also includes a three-course Italian feast that highlights Victoria’s exceptional spring produce. For starters guests will enjoy Villani prosciutto di Parma on potato chips, Yarra Valley caviar tartlets, flash-fried zucchini flowers and Salt Kitchen lonza (a type of salumi). The antipasti is followed by a shared main of pesce al cartocchio (rockling fillet with fennel, olives, cherry tomatoes and Cinzano Rosso) plus sides. Then finish your rosé-filled feast with a serve of strawberry sorbet made with Victorian berries.

Fatto’s bottomless rosé feasts include two hours of bottomless wine for $75 per person for a minimum of four people. There are two sittings available every Sunday during October (head online to book your spot).
