One of the King Valley's favourite wineries is pairing up the Barre restaurant at Arts Centre Melbourne for a sumptuous feast – and you definitely won't leave thirsty.
Dal Zotto winemaker Michael Dal Zotto has teamed up with the team at the Barre to pair Dal Zotto's Italian varietals with a four-course feast. Food includes cured wild salmon, a 24-hour brined rack of lamb and for dessert a Cubo cassata (a mousse-like cake). Each course will be matched with a Dal Zotto wine to bring out the flavours in both.
The lunch will last for four hours, and Michael will be on hand to talk through each of the wine pairings.
