Time Out says

Learn about foods that are free from things like gluten, dairy and nuts at this inclusive allergy-friendly show

Navigating restaurants or even supermarkets can be difficult for those with allergies or intolerances. What to do if you love ice cream but can't stomach dairy, enjoy beer but have coeliac disease or want to enjoy Thai food but are allergic to peanuts?

The Free From Show and Allergy Show (co-located at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on July 17-19) aim to expose people with allergies and intolerances to a range of foods they can enjoy without intestinal distress or reaching for that EpiPen.

A full line up will be announced soon but you can expect food that's gluten, dairy, meat, sugar, fructose, soy, egg, nut and GMO free, plus FODMAP friendly, organic, sustainably sourced food. In addition to products and stands, there will also be talks and lectures.

If your immune system is overly enthusiastic and you want to know more about eating with allergies, this could be the show for you.
