Time Out says

Struggling to find something for the special someone in your life this festive season? Skip the shops this December and check out this new, boutique market popping up for one night only at Urban Square.

Jingle your boots on over to Urban Square from 4pm on Thursday December 5 to check out the Pop-up Market at Urban Square. This one-night-only temporary market brings together some of Melbourne’s top arts, crafts and food.

In addition to the market stallholders (perfect for stocking up on made-in-Melbourne gifts) Pop-up Market at Urban Square will feature free workshops, including make your own calligraphy gift tags with Laneway Learning, Soft Stories (a collaboration between textile artists Cat Rabbit and Isobel Knowles), a basketball competition, music, giveaways, food from Wonderbao, and more. Hate the last minute mad dash to wrap your gifts on December 24? Pop-up Market at Urban Square even features a gift wrapping service, so you won’t need to stress.

Unfamiliar with the location? Urban Square sits on the corner of A’Beckett and Stewart Streets – close to the Metro Tunnel's future State Library Station.

Pop-up Market at Urban Square runs from 4-8pm on Thursday December 5 and is totally free to visit.
