Depending on where they're grown, the riesling grapes surprise your palette with their variety of tastes, ranging from the crisp and tangy citrus styles of Clare and Eden Valley (from South Australia) to the richer and more textural styles of Alsace (from northeastern France).
Dig into dishes like pickled kingfish with quinoa salad, yuzu sorbet and hijiki marinade, and riesling poached pear with pain perdu, golden hazelnut dust and vanilla ice cream for dessert. All dishes can be made vegetarian or gluten-free upon request.
