Innocent Bystander has hit a snag – the winery is bringing sausages and wines together in itstheir upcoming Sausage Fest. The winemaker is partnering with tThe Beef Joint to host a fun weekend event on February 9 and 10 in the beautiful Yarra Valley.

The Sausage Fest will feature a pizza menu inspired by all your favourite snags, sausage -favourites such as chorizo, calabrese and morcilla, as well as and guests will be supplied with all of Innocent Bystander’s good wine (on tap) and beer. A DJ will be playing all weekend long for entertainment. You can also enter a raffle for a chance to win a gourmet meat tray from tThe Beef Joint along with Innocent Bystander wines, the proceeds of which will be donated to the CFA.

Ben the Butcher will conduct a sausage-making masterclass for the snag lovers from 4pm to 5.30pm on February 10. After learning the process and techniques of making the perfect sausage, youthe guests can take the sausages youthey made home. TheThis masterclass costs $40, which also includes a glass of wine and some bites on arrival.

The fest will also have meat-free options for vegans and vegetarians on offer.  

Innocent Bystander’s Sausage Fest will be held from 10am onwards at 316-334 Maroondah Highway, Healesville,  and you can reserve your place on thetheir website. You can book one of the 24 spots available for the sausage-making masterclass here.
