Channel creativity and be inspired with like-minded folks during this day-long paean to wellness
Colour and Coconuts have pulled together a stellar line up for a day-long exploration of health, wealth and all things well-being.
The schedule includes a fitness session (good for a spot of post-Friday night detoxing) with Steph Prem (owner and operator of Melbourne's premier fitness studio, Studio PP, and former Olympian), as well as this inspired and inspiring collection of speakers: Sarah Wilson (journo and author of the I Quit Sugar series of cookbooks), Lisa Messenger (entrepreneur and founder of the Collective mag), Melissa Ambrosini (author of Mastering Your Mean Girl, a book which explores her journey towards wellness and combating her internal critic), Carla Oates (founder of the Beauty Chef – the company which now stocks shelves including Selfridges with its inner and outer natural beauty products), Sarah Holloway (co-founder of genius green tea masters, Matcha Maiden) and Julie Stevanja (co-founder of the Style Runner – the online fitness-wear shop of choice for the fashion forward.
Rachel Finch, TV presenter, dancer and wellness coach presides over festivities.
