It's hard to replicate the look and feel of South East Asia's best street food markets successfully, but Welcome to Thornbury is at least making a great effort of it by wrangling Melbourne's Asian street food trucks together for a one night one hawker market special.
Expect to see Let's Do Yum Cha, Ghost Kitchen, Lil Nomnoms, Nem n' Nem, and Bibimbap, with newcomer Butterlake joining in for dessert with their freshly cooked Taiwanese pancakes.
