Time Out says

A good hot sauce can elevate a dish from just delicious to truly mind-blowing (though beware going too spicy, because it's difficult to undo). Oriental Teahouse is celebrating the transformative power of hot sauce on Tuesday, January 22 with a six-course yum cha menu, each with a matching hot sauce from Melbourne Hot Sauce Company.

Barbecued pork bun is matched with Chipotle barbecue sauce, ginger prawn dumplings go with habanero roja, roast duck spring rolls are enjoyed with hop-smoked jalapeño, fried chicken wings go with habanero and mango sauce, pork and chive dumplings are paired with a smoked jalapeño sauce, and Wagyu beef dumplings are enjoyed with bhut jolokia (otherwise known as ghost pepper) sauce.

To cool down after all that heat, unlimited Mountain Goat beers are available. Tickets are $65, it's up to you if you can handle the heat.
