What does it take to beat a zombie apocalypse? DEADication, of course. Lucky for you, Zedtown will help you put your zombie fighting skills to the test.
Zedtown is a huge game of real world zombie-themed tag. Armed with nerf dart blasters, players must fight for their lives against hordes of ambling zombies as the Ministry of Disease Control undertakes an evacuation of the city. Over the course of the day, survivors must avoid being tagged by zombies on their way to the Quarantine Zone. To stop the spread of the virus, it’s up to the remaining survivors to hold out for as long as possible – and maybe escape Zedtown once and for all.
This interactive event is more than just a game of running and shooting. There will be a call-in radio station on hand to provide up-to-the-minute updates and survival tips to players, and the Zedtown app helps players communicate and play the game. Online streams will also offer real-time clues, commentary and a hub for player-driven storytelling.
