CATS is back on Broadway, and we're happy to announce that we'll be hanging out in front of Neil Simon Theatre (250 W 52nd St) with Tattly to ensure New Yorkers (and those visiting!) get in the spirit. Tattly will be applying free feline temporary tats to anyone who drops by the theater that wants one, and there will also be face-painters present to transform your little ones into cats! Well, their faces at least...
