To coincide with Baby Safety month, the retail giant is bringing back this highly popular program, much to parents' delight. If your kiddo has outgrown his or her car seat, you don't need to toss it! Head to a participating Target near you with the item and you will receive a 20 percent off coupon that will give caregivers a discount toward a new car seat, car seat base, travel system or stroller.

Target is teaming up with Waste Management to recycle unwanted goods that accumulate during the event. In turn, these recycled materials will be turned into items such as pallets and plastic buckets.
