What better way to clear your mind?

Calming, zen practices are coming from an unlikely source: the overly-excited and always-hungry Cookie Monster. But trust us, you and the kiddos will want to tune in.

Sesame Street has partnered with Headspace to launch "Monster Meditation," a series of six animated shorts that will help tots work through feelings of nervousness, excitement, frustration and other unsettling emotions. Watch as Cookie Monster wrestles with impatience as his cookies bake or catch Elmo who is so anxious to play that he can't get some shut eye.

Now is the time to take a deep breath and dive in.

“Learning the fundamentals of mindfulness early in life is an incredibly valuable skill to foster, especially at a time like this, when children and families may be experiencing higher levels of stress and anxiety," Andy Puddicombe, co-founder of Headspace said in a statement. "It not only provides children with a greater sense of calm and clarity, but also helps cultivate the qualities of compassion, creativity and kindness."

"Monster Meditation" will be released on a bi-weekly basis. When things get a little stressful on the home front and you're unsure where to turn, let Cookie Monster take it away. Be sure to also tune in for virtual storytimes, museum tours and concerts—crowdpleasers for your whole crew!
