The much-anticipated "Harry Potter: A History of Magic" exhibit is finally debuting at the New-York Historical Society, and we couldn't be more excited. Opening in October 2018, the showcase celebrates the 20th anniversary of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. If you want to secure your own very magical adventure through the exhibit, we suggest you get tickets as soon as they go on sale to the public at 12pm on April 26, 2018 here. The exhibition was the most successful of all time at the British Library in London, and we expect it'll be equally popular here in New York.

Some of the exhibit's most exciting highlights include:

- Rare books, magical objects and manuscripts

– Original materials from J.K. Rowling's personal collection

- Introductions to Harry Potter-universe studies like Herbology and Alchemy

- Medieval descriptions of magical creatures like griffins and dragons

The exhibit has timed ticket entry to ensure everyone gets the best experience possible. Tickets are priced as follows: $21, seniors 65+ $16, students $13, children ages 5–13 $6, under 4 free.
