The outlandish haberdashery on display—ten-foot-tall hats, costumed pets, bonnets with live birds nestled inside—more than makes up for the lack of floats at this annual see-and-be-seen parade. The tradition started in the mid-1800s, when high-society ladies would promenade in their Easter finery after church, and has since evolved into a showcase for chapeau artistry. Join Think 'N' Fun for an Easter–themed celebration in scenic Riverside Park. There will be egg hunts during four separate time slots (10:30am, 11:30 am, 12:30pm, 1:30pm, 2:30pm) so everyone can get in on the fun. Kids will be provided with a basket for egg collecting. The Easter Bunny will be bouncing around to pose for pictures and kids receive a hand or cheek painting stamp and a light snack and beverage. Registration is required.
