This spot is a dessert lover’s dream and has a long list of celebrity endorsements. It’s newest location in the Upper West Side is not only great for grown-up celebrations, but for children’s festivities as well. The kids signature menu for those 12 and under features grilled mini burgers, fried mac & cheese pops, hand cut fires, and desserts like the King Kong Sundae. Decadent cakes come in a variety of flavors and each slice comes with its own cone. The child of honor even gets a large rubber duckie for guests to sign. All ages.

The tiniest tots now have their own play and education center in this Brooklyn space. If your apartment is too small to host your toddler’s friends, Busy Bodies offers an open play area and backyard that’s perfect for birthday parties, book readings, and other events. The standard birthday package ($450) includes two hours of private party play for up to 15 children and 24 birthday balloons. And all-inclusive birthday package ($600) also includes pizza, cupcakes, juice boxes and water along with napkins, plates and utensils. Best yet, both packages include a staff member to help set up and clean up after the party! Ages 4 and under.

Play City is a 3000-square-foot indoor playground in New Jersey that not only caters to its kiddie clientele, but also their parents. While the children are at play, parents can relax in the cafe while they watch their children run around with their friends. If your kid loves the space so much, consider booking a party package with the venue. The Play Basic package ($695 plus tax) includes two hours of private play time for up to 14 children, pizza and juice for the kids, two dozen balloons, paper goods, two staff members and set up/clean up. Want to add treats for the adults in the group? Then book the Play Extravaganza package ($1,495 plus tax), which hosts up to 16 children for two hours, cupcakes, themed decorations, takeaways and favors and food and drinks for the grownups. Ages 8 and under.

This “play cafe” in Long Island City hosts support groups and workshops for moms and moms-to-be ad well as enrichment classes for kids and with an entire 2,000 square feet of space, there will be lots of room for your little one’s crew. Its Hoo-Ray event package ($650) gives you the entire space for two hours for up to 12 children, a balloon per child, invitations, paper goods, two staff members for help, and a return day pass. The Have a Hoot! package ($900) also includes pizza, juice, cupcakes, goody bags and party favors and the Go Owl Out! package ($1,300) offers up a birthday cakes, snacks like veggies, sandwiches and salad, a variety of drinks and themed decorations. Ages 6 and under.
