A raw cookie dough pop-up just opened in Chelsea

Watch your back, : There’s a new cookie dough purveyor in town.

Last week, 2 Dough Boyz opened a new pop-up outside Gansevoort Market in Chelsea. Operating out of a cart, the owners will be making dough day and night at 353 West 14th Street.

There are four flavors (compared to the 15 flavors at DŌ), including sugar cookie dough with white chocolate chips, and a s’mores mix with graham crackers and marshmallows. The flavors are named after hip-hop artists for some inexplicable reason. (The sugar cookie mix is named Confetti to Die, for example.) The dough is completely safe to eat (unlike your classic egg-infested cookie dough) and comes in three serving sizes.
