Summer in NYC is still all about rosé. So instead of just ordering a glass of frosé and calling it a day, we've rounded up a list of summer drinks, dishes and events featuring the blushing wine. Check out the list below to see how you can rosé every day this summer.
Summer Water Sorbet at Tipsy Scoop: For the full month of June, the city's one and only “barlour” will be serving a rosé sorbet sundae with strawberries and watermelon. $9.50.
Rosé Buds at Boulton & Watt: At the East Village bar, scoops of rosé gelato are stuffed inside four mini waffle cones, topped with dark chocolate, orange zest and homemade pistachio brittle. $10 for 4.
Rainbow frosé at Spyglass Rooftop Bar: To benefit the the Al Forney Center on June 24 (Pride Parade day), drink frozen rosé with vodka, citrus, rainbow glitter and rainbow swizzle stick. A portion of the proceeds from the cocktail will go towards the LGBTQ youth charity. $17.
Rosé Nights at the Palm Court: Pair a glass of rosé with a sampling of four of the restaurant's summer treats for the month of June. Get Champagne Taittinger Prestige Rosé with caviar blini, tuna tartare, raspberry dark chocolate macaron and a seasonal fruit tart. Additional glasses are $30 each. $45.
ChanDONUT at the Doughnut Project: For the month of June, order rosé doughnuts with pink-hued dough stuffed with Chandon rosé cream filling. They're topped with a pink glaze, gold dust and edible rose petals. $4.75.
Bubble Garden at Tavern on the Green: The Central Park staple is taking bubbles to the extreme, with machines blasting the bubbles all throughout the outdoor patio. To make it rosé-y, there will be hanging, pink-paper lanterns and a special menu of brut rosé.
Rosé Bar Pop-Up at the Rainbow Room: Choose from an elevated selection of rosé cocktails and rosé-inspired treats all summer long, like the frosé cream pie waffle cone or the berry pavlova with rosé meringue. Make sure you check its website for select dates.
Rosé spritzes at Bocce Union Square, Dante and Handcraft Kitchen & Cocktails: All three of these restaurants are serving a spritz version of the wine. At Bocce, order the Rosé Spritz ($11) with Cocchi Rosa, strawberry and sparkling rosé, while Dante's Summer of Spritz menu includes A Stroll Through Provence ($14) with Grey Goose, violet liqueur, herbes de provence. and lavender soda. And at Handcraft, you can get the Rosé Spritz cocktail ($14) with rosé, kiwi-strawberry-infused vodka and sparkling wine.
